Delivery	Top
Depending where you live or the size of the order will determine the delivery charge, local deliveries will not incur a delivery charge. For more information see our delivery service map showing the areas we travel too or contact us.

Ordering Materials	Top
Ordering products can be done in a number of easy ways, either by telephone, fax or post.

Paying for Materials	Top
When ordering materials from us you can either pay in store, over the telephone or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery means a member of the household requires to be at home due to payment.

Means of Payment	Top
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo which can be done over the telephone or in store.

Opening a Trade Account	Top
To open a trade account we require two written trade references. Once the trade references have been checked and confirmed the account will be opened ready for use.

DIY Advice	Top
Any help you may require in terms of plumbing, building or landscaping etc we will be pleased to help you. Just contact us or come and see us.
